A new look, and a name for every reader

Two updates this week: ReaderPulse looks like a different product, and your readers can finally have names.
A calm, editorial redesign
We rebuilt the look of the entire app around a quieter, editorial aesthetic — a paper-and-ink palette, serif typography, and a layout that gets out of the way of the words. ReaderPulse is a place for reading and writing, and now it finally feels like one, from the dashboard to the reading column.
Put a name to the feedback
Until now, every reader was an anonymous pseudonym. They still can be — but readers can now introduce themselves with a display name if they’d like. Either way, every reaction now carries an identity, so your feedback reads less like an anonymous crowd and more like specific people: you can tell it was the same reader who loved your opening and cooled on the ending, and weigh their reactions as one coherent point of view.
